My bad. I think it might be a combo of that PI challenge and the first episode challenge in Fiji. We only see Joel, Jason, Erik, Mary, Natalie, Mikey B and Alexis, so maybe they have to get puzzle pieces for Kathy, Tracy and Chet (who are probably the weakest, and are the three oldest so you'd assume they'd be chosen for the puzzle part of a challenge that involves strength).
