If the challenge is right after they meet, I'm not sure this is it. Not enough of the clothes match and there's only 6 people pulling that thing max.
Of course there could be another aspect to it.
ETA: It would have to be episode 2 if it's not episode one, as the 2nd boot is in one of the shots.

ETA again: After watching the video, I'm pretty sure Eliza is the 'no idea' on the cart, and Yau-Man is between her and Ozzy. My guess would be that Parvati is on the cart as well, which leaves James, Fairplay, and Ami.
