Survivor: Micronesia Fans Versus Favorites Cast Revealed Soon

We've received word from CBS that the cast of the fans versus favorites season, aka Survivor: Micronesia, will be revealed January 7, 2008.

We remain hopeful someone from the Tennessee Valley made the cut. We did hear from a woman who was contacted by the producers of Kid Nation because of her Survivor audition and application. Her information was passed from the Survivor folks to the Kid Nation people since she talked about her child... so we do know the Survivor folks did look at those who auditioned at Riverbend.

However, since there will only be 10 "fans," the odds are greatly reduced from the usual 16 or 18... as the "favorites" will fill the other slots.
