I'm not going to list all the seasons, but for guys, Palau is surely the inarguable winner, just for Jeff alone, plus Ibrehem, Bobby Jon and Jonathan (for one episode).

Plus the rest of the guys were good looking too, however 'hot' might be a stretch.
