oh. kenmore. does your kenmore have 'warped' sucked in spots on its sides and top of the outside casing of the fridge? i've seen three kenmore
fridges like this (mine is one of them).
i wonder what Katie A. has to say about that. |

If something blocks the motor cooling fan in the back, the fridge will not keep cooling. Get hubby or BF to pull the thing away from the wall to make sure no
debris is blocking the fan. I had that happen about 15 years ago. First repairman came and said he couldn't do anything about it, I'd need a new one. I
called a family business and their repairman actually looked behind the thing and found a piece of cardboard between the fan blades.. problem solved.
...if not, paint it brown and call it an armoire. |

Kenmore refrigerators are horrid. I had one that did the same thing, less than 5 years old. Those fuckas are built to fail the minute a warranty ends.

Sometimes a frozen pea mysteriously reaching an important mechanical part can cause a cooling problem. Or so I've heard.

I took all of the stuff I cared about to my parents' house, including a shitton of deer meat/sausage.
We unplugged the fridge and will leave the doors open to let the whole damn thing thaw overnight. Hopefully that will fix the problem. |
