TC, at what temperature should this roast, and for how long? This is a 12.66 pound turkey.

It's on a rack, and I put all kinds of awesome shit at the bottom, so I know that part is gonna be like, amazing.

My mom always boiled the giblets then fed them to the dog... but she kept the boiled stuff and added it to the gravy for flavor.... I throw them out |

usually the bag has the basic cooking instructions - or be safe and use a thermometer (inner thigh should be 180 degF)

Nice job, Jessica!! Good to know that some care enough to practice. Now, take that turk-turk down to the local homeless shelter and toss that sumbitch on the
table!

Fuck a thanksgiving turkey. What a pain in the ass. Football, beer, pie, ice cream. Nothing else needed for a perfect holiday weekend.

Did you practice all your side dishes also? Did you start cooking the turkey breast down? Or cook it breast side up the whole way? Did you brine the turkey?
I like to do a brine and turn method on my turkey. |

CP, I make a WICKED good turkey salad with the leftovers, man! The best part of Thanksgiving is the leftovers! You can have pie and ice cream any ol' day,
but turkey corn chowder, turkey salad sammitches, reheated stuffing with gravy...that stuff comes around but rarely!

If you're offering to cook for me, you'll have to get clearance from my girl first.
