I love it too. His daughter is so great. She's poised & beautiful. Their relationship is ideal.
Everything about this show is delicious. |

Was he first dressed like FireFly guy? So cute!
I loved the little boy "story" he told her. Followed by her getting him back with her costume and him "giving her the bird"! I LOVE THIS SHOW! ETA: yep Captain Mal :-( |

So absolutley, positively, 100 percent enjoyable.
I will cherish the Firefly reference forever. What really made it special was Bergeron making reference to it at the end of DWTS... is Tom Bergeron a Firefly fan!?!?!?! A really fun (somewhat far-fetched) mystery, with a great moral message to it, and the usual hilarity this show delivers. Now I hope & wait in anticipation of the Thanksgiving/Christmas episodes. |

Great episode. Except as soon as they said the step-mom was Crow's nanny, you just knew she was the murderer.
"fake egg" = "Fagin" <3 My 6th grader just had to take care of an egg for 3 weeks for CCD. He named her Mercury, drew a face with sharpies, froze her, then tested to see if she would break if he flung her at the floor. (She didn't.) She lived in a bowl in the freezer the whole time. Boys, lol. |

When I saw the credits I thought it was going to be the dad - but it did make more sense that it was the step-mom, but who knew she killed his first wife?? The
whole reveal came so late in the show that it didn't matter that it was easy to figure out at that point.
Loved this episode = imagine if Beckett and Castle actually had a sex scene - steamy.....and I"m loving the detectives more and more every week..... |

Oh I just about cired at the extensive Firefly riff a tthe start. So adorable. I wonder what Joss and the cast thought :)
The actual mystery was creepy and cool. The image of tehtree where the mom was murdered being in the GN was just disturbing. Great mystery and apropriate for just before Halloween. |

Couldn't help but laugh... Ryan just walking through the station, Castle's book in hand.

maddddd wrote:Hahahahaa.... I thought thats what he was holding but was too lazy to go back and check - that is purely awesome. Best line of the night - "She hated Obama" followed by a classic Fillion facial reaction. Hilarious stuff. The mysteries are secondary on this show but 3rd week in a row a parent/parental figure has been the culprit. I hope we don't see a lasting theme developing... With that said, maybe the weakest episode of the season so far but still oh so good. |

I finally got a chance to see this week's episode. For the "Firefly" fans: anyone notice the writer of this week's episode was Jose Molina?

Bought the season 1 dvd yesterday and already watched the first five episodes. Just as fun watching them the second time.
