I didn't know if she'd freak out and think he's a hybrid or not though. Also MASSIVE eyerolls at Olivia not looking at the rendering until RIGHT when it completed. There's an assassin after you, I'd refresh at at least 75 percent!

I know he's alt-Peter, but still there are possibilities. Who knows what Walter could have done? Peter does seem pretty extraordinary.

But Peter doesn't leak mercury or need to feed on it to stay alive so I tend to think he's human from the other side and the illness Walter has been concerned about is the affects one has from making the journey - like when Olivia was all goofy while talking to Bell.

I had missed half the season before I started getting into it. This season has been great but Thursday is not a TV night for me so online on the network site is the way I go (and get counted! YAY!) There have been some plot holes but hopefully they will be tied up and not ignored or made worse.

First good ep of the season this week, IMO. I actually fell asleep Hulu-ing the last two. This one kept my attention throughout.

Yes, Peter is human. Bell (or maybe Walter) told Olivia that only certain humans are able to withstand the journey between worlds intact. Olivia and Bell obviously are two of those people. Alternate Peter and Walter also must be of those "special" people. The mercury soldiers were manufactured by scientists in the alternate universe to be able to withstand the travel between universes and sent to infiltrate our universe. It sounds as though the "head" the soldiers were looking for in the cryogenic labs will give them the answers they need on how to enable regular humans to be able to travel between universes so that the war can begin.
