I've never seen the show, I think they were on an episode of Jon & Kate though.
I don't really get it. I'd never buy a cake like that I knew I was gonna fucking rip apart and eat. Carvel Ice Cream Cake FTW. |

I think the cakes look really cool. But I would never want to eat them. They just use their bare hands to mold everything, ew! Plus when they ship the cakes
they'll just throw them in a van without any cover or anything. Um hair. dust, lint, dirt much?

I agree that all the extra non-edible stuff they add to the cakes is CHEATING.
You can do all sorts of gravity defying things with cake if you know what you're doing.

Yea, I don't get why they hire these assholes either.
I was watching Cake Boss for the first time the other day and there were uv pipes in there and he was drilling nails into a wooden board that ended up in the middle of the cake. SICK!!! Plus this girl was using her gloveless hands to mold some chocolate. SICK!!!! |

The stuff they use to decorate the cakes with, I think it is called fondont or something like that, is disgusting. I make great cakes. They are just frosted,
plain and simple, but they taste great. Isn't that the purpose of a cake, to taste good?
