During the church scene I was thinking the elder priest should be less likely to accept the visitors than the younger. That made me not trust him too much. I found it very believable that Landry was suspicious and was worried that humans would start worshipping them. Did he actually say he didn't believe God created aliens? If so, I missed that.

I'm pretty sure Father Cutie said something like "I can't reconcile scripture with these beings." Something like that. And I agree it seemed more like something the older priest would say. Older priest may be a lizard or maybe he is just following orders from on high and hoping this increases the amount in the collection plate.
I take it you are a Lost fan. I watched til around the time Mr. Echo (sp?) got killed off and then quit . I started watching again last year and was kicking myself I'd stopped.
