A big part of the target audience has to be nerds like us who watched the original. We all know about the reptilian thing. People who were too young to watch
can use Wiki to figure it out. It's not a big secret reveal like in the original. My hope is that they have something new to surprise us with this time
around.
It's not awesome, but it doesn't suck. I was really scared about it sucking. |

I'm just saying, they could've drawn out the plotline for a few episodes, rather than skip over three whole months in the pilot. It seems a little
rushed.
But it didn't suck. |
