All kidding aside when Kelly was thinner she got sick A LOT so I think she's probably healthier at her natural weight, which this appears to be.

I agree with EH. Kelly has shown she always finds a way to do her thing, whether it's how much she should weigh, what type of songs she should record, how
she should dress, what type of stage performer she should be (e.g. she said no to dancers), what she records, or how she should dress. What really matters is
that she's healthy and happy doing what she's doing. Of course, she obviously needs some success to continue recording and touring, esp. globally,
since she seems to love doing that so much.
She even said a few times that she's pretty much the exact opposite of what you'd expect an "Idol" to be.

I think good health is important but not everyone can or should be stick thin. I think its good that she's comfortable in her own skin, it sets a good
example for young girls. This isn't just cliche bullshit either, I actually believe that.
Mostly I just think she desperately needs a good stylist. She far too often looks atrocious in her clothes, she needs to wear nice clothes suited to her body type. Half the time she looks 15-20 pounds heavier just because of whatever fucking hideous outfit she's got on. The above two photos are good examples, I mean really? |

Kelly needs to dress better that's pretty much her only flaw. She's not a huge girl but she wears clothes that totally highlight her "problem" areas. People who see her in person always comment that she's a lot smaller than they thought she was, I know I had that reaction when I met her in person. |
