I like the first one, except for the goofy hand there. I think Jennifer's is the best shot though. No clue what is going on there with Sundai's face (looks scary!), and yes, Erin does look like she's struggling there, so I'd put Sundai/Erin in the bottom two.

Spoiler [+] Sundai is kicked out with Nicole in the B2 just to throw us off from her eventual overthrow. Erin can't get booted at this point, or her whole UTR -> OTTN arc is completely uncalled for. Like others have said, she must get Melrose'd against Nicole.
