Cam and Mitch, one work one stays home with Lily. I believe Cam was getting ready to leave for work when head bump occurred.
Phil was working and came home to be with wife who is stay at home mom (per his own words). Gloria doesn't work and her hubby said he didn't have to be at work if he didn't want to (guess he owns the business or something). |

As for that link....
"ABC took a non-traditional family and called it modern." Uh, by definition modern means 'non-traditional'. Also if they watched the show, they'd know that Mitch and Cam aren't actually married.
So they obviously have a problem with them being gay.
