I still think the whole concept of "all-stars" is crap. It's just another way to bring re-treads back. They ask most everyone who isn't hated
by production to come back. The ones who can afford to take 3 months out of their lives get put in the running. Out of those, production picks their favorites
& make sure they get on. The rest "America" votes on.

Personally, I loved it. I never had the feeds until Season 6, so I loved watching BB2 Will and BB4 Danielle in action.
Added bonus: I was able to make fun of Jameth again. Ah good times. |

SA, I was trying to say that just because a season is called "all-stars" it doesn't mean that the best players will be brought back.
(Like so many here are claiming.) But you'd have to be a fool not to see that Boogie & Will being on together last time wasn't a production
maneuver. Will only agreed to do it if Boogie was on with him.
I don't care one way or the other. But I'm not deluded enough to think that an all-star season will be full of all the most memorable or best players. |

I for one like the idea of retreads occasionally. But no more pinhead. We could use a few villains but no Ronnie rat either please.
And as far as producer intervention, I certainly was glad to see the coup injected this season. I remember reading at the time that about 90% of everyone seemed ready to cancel their fucking feeds and turn the fucking show off at that point. I felt the same way. We watched as Braden, Laura and then CASEY walked out the door and it looked like it was pinheads all the fucking way. Sure we sometimes get a season like season 8 but sometimes it's absolutely fucking necessary like this one was. It saved the show. Throw in some fucking twists. Fuck with the hamsters as much as possible. That's what I wanna see. Otherwise it's just plain boring.

seasons.
