#15. Gage Creed (Pet Sematary)

Originally I was going to place the fat kid from the sequel here but made a last minute change bumping the fat kid to the potential "Honorable Mention" list simply because I loved evil Gage so much.

Portrayed by Miko Hughes, Gage is a little 3 or 4 year old boy…the most adorable one ever too. I remember the first time I watched this I was like 7 and when I saw him get run over by that big truck well, let's just say I didn't play in the streets for weeks and missed so many intense games of hopscotch. I felt like I would never put the pieces back together and move on with my life (a week is a long time when you are 7).

Anyways Gage was killed by the big truck and later revived after his dad buried him in "Pet Sematary" and he of course came back evil. Miko Hughes does a great job making Gage creepy as hell while still being able to say things like "Come play with me daddy! First I played with Jud, and then I played with mommy. We had an awful good time. Now I want to play with you."and getting an aww <3 reaction from me. Gage died for a second time toward the end of the movie and it was just as hard to watch as the infamous truck scene.

Gage is kind of a weird addition because I obviously wouldn't change the truck scene (which means he still dies) but I would change Gage not succeeding in his mission of "playing" with his dad. Instead we get a "MY WIFE IS DEAD! I AM GOING TO DO WHAT I DID WITH MY SON AND BURY HER EVEN THOUGH HE CAME BACK EVIL AND KILLED HER!!!!!!! MAYBE IT WILL BE DIFFERENT THIS TIMEZ?" I know it was based on a book but it seemed kind of stupid to me. I rather had Gage killing everyone and have him smiling at the camera as the credits roll.

A bit of info, Gage is the only killer who made the list. You go Gage! <3

Who Should Have Died Instead:

Rachel Creed

Portrayed by Denise Crosby, this entry is another weird one considering she did die but I didn't like it when she came back to life and killed her husband. I thought it was stupid and boring. I did like her though but she should have stayed dead at the hands of Gage. Technically she did survive the film or at least her body did because one could argue that she wasn't the same person when she came back and therefore always dead but whatever, I just wanted to talk about Gage and she was still walking around at the end.

#14. Lisa Hines (Prom Night)

Wow, I am really shocked Lisa made it and to the final 14. When I made out this list I had about 40 people on it and cut 20, she was one of the ones I was considering cutting (actually I think I did cut her but went back and changed it) but the more I thought about her death the more annoyed I got.

Portrayed by Dana Davis, Lisa was the black bff to main character Donna and was in the running to be Prom Queen. She of course ends up winning Prom Queen but she was already dead. L O L I am sure she really cared after arriving in Hell and I liked how it was the dramatic reveal and the girl who lost aka the one that lived looked completely devastated.

My main problem with Lisa's death wasn't the death itself, but rather how it was done…kind of with Earl. The problem wasn't the actual death scene but how she ended up there…k so it's like five minutes before the announcement of Prom Queen so she waits nervously right? No, she and her bf sneak off for some really quick sex. She bumps into Fenton aka her former history teacher aka the killer on the elevator and later recognizes him while making out with her bf Ronnie and together they warn Donna? Nope, Lisa runs off by herself, doesn't tell her man a damn thing and gets killed by the killer after a dramatic chase scene. It really made no sense and it was dumb as hell.

Lisa should have played the role Ronnie did in this film (someone looking to have fun on Prom Night and has no idea about a killer) and Claire should have played Lisa's role of "omg it's Fenton! Catch me if you can! LOL"

Basically, Lisa was the best part about this movie but even without that fact she should have never left the Prom being that she was nominated for Prom Queen.

Who Should Have Died Instead:

Ronnie Heflin

Portrayed by Collins Pennie, Ronnie was worthless and boring the whole movie. All he did was make out with a really hot chick and then cried after she got killed. He should have been a huge jackass who got mad at Lisa and then his head should've been chopped off and thrown at Lisa as she is given her speech after winning Prom Queen.
