Problem for Russell is that emotional people with a heart, most liking to be swayed by need, are also most likely to despise Russell and his game.

First off, as far as the Parvati being undeserving thing goes, I absolutely wanted Cirie to win over her, but by no means do I think Parv was undeserving. The
game is about adapting and nobody did that better than her. What would happen if Parvati played differently? I don't necessarily think she was under the
radar at all, but had she been any less so, she would have DEFINITELY been voted out!
As for the argument that she was saved due to evacuations & quits-- you know what? That's part of the damn game. It's survivor-- They're surviving out in a hellhole, not just sitting in a happy little circle voting each other out. If someone hurts themselves out there and has to be evacuated and someone else does NOT hurt themselves... then they outlasted them in SURVIVOR. And let's not forget the fact that we are seeing 3 days worth of events & strategizing crammed into 45 minutes or so. In my opinion, bottom line... If you are the last person standing--you did something better than anyone else to get to that spot. I am a huge fan of Cirie, but she must have screwed up at some point to not win. Parvati didn't. |

They all screwed up. Had they voted James out before Jason, James would've never been medevaced, and there would've never needed to be a Final 2 to
compensate for the remaining days (and episode span).

I realized another advantage Russell could have. This season is in Samoa. Russell is the only person from Samoa and therefore knows the land unless the decide
to use completely different beaches. He can be a provider.

True. But, they've all played before, so it's not like they'll all be completely clueless in providing and have to rely on
Russell. It would be kind of funny if he ended up on the exact same beach, though.

Would Russell be the only Survivor to ever live on the exact same beach as their previous season? Rupert might have but I'm not sure.

i got a gut feeling russel wins two seasons in a rowI don't think so. I think he is being used to promote a crappy season with a crappy UTR winner. |

BtvsVamp wrote:Parvati hid behind Adam/Nate/Candice? Yeah, that makes a lot of sense considering she got voted out before Adam for being a bigger threat. Not to mention Candice wasn't even on her tribe for a part of the pre-merge game. And when it was her/Adam/Nate it couldn't have been more clear that Adam and Nate were NOT in control of the game, considering they had to surrender to the girls ousting JP. Parvati was far more in control than Adam or Nate ever were and she did fine on her own without Candice. |

I would actually be very surprised if Russell doesn't use that argument. Although, according to him, he's already loaded and doesn't need the money. He also won't know if he's won yet or not while he's playing (much like Amanda didn't know in Micronesia). He could very well be the Samoa winner. Or at the very least, with his huge ego he could think he's the Samoa winner and convince the other winners that he is, and they could form a "winner's alliance." |

Russell would most likely have no idea if he won since S20 started right after 19 ended and he wasnt around to see things play out in a few episodes of 19.
Amanda had some idea that she crashed and burned in China when she left for Fans V Favorites. Russell can only guess how he did but not have any clue. He
wasn't with anyone from his season that could potentially tell him he got their vote. No one knows how Russell did in Samoa the first time or saw him play.
He is one of the biggest threats for S20. I would want him out first being that he isnt predictable like some of the others are.

I love how everybody here is buying this. I'm pretty sure this bootlist is not correct. How would this person's "friend" know in the first
place?

I believe most of this bootlist is quite accurate as well, especially the final few.

Based om spoiler hints that have been posted in other threads, I am posting a modification of the boot list on page 1 which I believe is more accurate.
1. Based on info, I'm fairly confident that the first five to go on the bootlist are correct. 2. Steph posted a friendly message on a fake Facebook account for Coach Wade. Do, it is very likely that Coach doesn't make the jury since Coach/Steph started out on different tribes and there was no switch. It is likely that they bonded at Loser Lodge. 3. There are hints that the jury began before the merger so it is a Final 3 with a 9 person jury and a merge at 10. 4. There is a double boot and in his latest blog, Probst mentioned that they came up with a way that the winning tribe does not vote someone out. It is possible that they brought back the insidious bottle twist from Cook Islands where the losing tribe votes out 2 people or better yet they conduct back to back Immunity Challenges which would be the fairest way to have a double boot episode. 5. At one time, Steph posted on Facebook that she didn't know who was voted out after Rob. This should make him the last non-juror and the 8th person to be voted out. 6. In most seasons with more than 16 people (eg. ASS, Guatemala, CI, Fiji, FvF), the Tribal Council in episode 8 happens on day 21 which was the day that Boston Rob was voted out in Marquesas. So we will have Boston Rob voted out in episode 8. 7. For this timeline to work, the double boot must happen in episode 9 just before the merger. 8. The female villains outlast all of the male villains except for Russell. In particular, Courtney must be voted out after Randy, Coach, Rob and Tyson. This makes her a casualty of the double boot. 9. It is between Tyson and James as to who is the other non-juror. For cost reasons, I'm going to assume that for the double boot the losing tribe votes out two people rather than that there is 2 separate immunity challenges. 10. Rupert lasts till the loved ones visit and makes Final 6. Micronesia, the last season with 20 contestants had the Family visit at Final 6. Missyae has posted that Survivor Samoa did not have any loved ones visit. 11. Candice just misses the family visit so she finishes seventh. This info (with a few assumptions) gives the following bootlist which should be more accurate (changes in bold): 20th Sugar 19th Stephenie 18th Randy 17th Cirie (Tom plays HII) 16th Tom 15th James/Coach 14th James/Coach 13th Rob 12th Tyson (first double boot casualty) 11th Courtney (second double boot casualty) 10th JT (merger - 2 idols played) 9th Colby 8th Amanda 7th Candice 6th Rupert 5th Danielle 4th Jerri Final 3 - Parvati, Sandra, Russell |
