Let's face it: they produced the some say flukey some say gritty Cardinals that damn near won the SB. I expect a late season resurgence, not that they've humiliated themselves so far. Seattle is showing flashes of brilliance. And Mike Singletary's San Francisco 49ers are on their way up, hopefully with the disaster vs. Atlanta serving as a wakeup call.
Yeah, St. Louis is tied with maybe 6 other teams as being awful, but every division has a doormat.
In fact, overall, I think that of the two divisions that I follow most closely, the NFC East and the West, for the first time in ages, the West is arguably better overall.
