Didn't she have twins that died?? What would possess her to go do fertility treatments again???
Because she wanted her own biological child and darn it she deserves to get what she wants. So they somehow got the money enough to afford the IUI parts their insurance didn't cover and tried again and ended up with an etopic pregnancy. So, they went for the 3rd time with IUI, I think they mentioned charging up credit cards or something to help raise the money because she knows it was God's will she have her own biological kidlet. So, it wasn't just the twins she lost but a singleton as well. So off into more debt to try for the 3rd time. Bingo sextuplets and the cry for donations heard around the world. I'd doubt I'd have ever heard of these folks if it was for some blurb in the national attention they got in some article in the news and there was no mention in that article about the two previous failed attempts or the cancer she'd had, I can't remember if they even mentioned her diabetes.
I'd heard about the Morrisons because when the babies were born and dying it was on TV and they did an update when the last one was in NICU and getting ready to be discharged.
An info sheet on the Kangaroo Care http://my.clevelandclinic...e/hic_Kangaroo_Care.aspx which it sounds like is the productive way to hold preemies. It seems like the stansels are only being allowed to hold the babies for short periods for pictures and not because it's good for the babies. Thanks, that was interesting, meatball. I've tried to stay clear of NICU so I'm not up on who does what when but I would imagine with all their tubes and the vent perhaps they'd not do the kangaroo bit until less chance of dislodging the trach or picc line.
