Dave of course makes the jury, but I see him starting to distance himself somewhat from the "90210 crew" - and it may be that he flips at some point as well, thus allowing a more substantive voting block for that Foa Foa group...I pretty much agree with everything you've said. Tonight's episode showed both Shambo's and Dave's discontent with Galu ant the attitudes of the Galus toward them.
Galu screwed its own-self by their dismissive attitude toward Shannon and Dave; which is a BIG mistake. Shannon and Dave jump ship to be on a team that actually treats them decent, even if it may be just game play.
Their jumping ship makes the numbers even.
My guess (and it is only a guess) is that somehow Shannon/Dave find out Eric has the idol prior to the merge and uses that info to get rid of him before he can use it (remember he thinks he is safe due to the number advantage and won't feel the need to use it at the first merged TC).
I'm guessing that evil Russ uses his to protect himself against the votes and that is what starts the downfall of Galu.
