So just watched. 100 percent better then last week, but then again I have seen cat commercials better then that piece of crap.
I tolerated the Sylar angle. I defintley didn't love it but it certainly didn't suck. I agree with GJ that when they actually try to apply some layers to Sylar's character, it makes him MUCH more interesting and dynamic. Give Quinto something to work with and he will deliver. Clearly someone has been watching Season 1 as both Peter and Claire are back to being multi-dimensional and consistently likeable. Also some credit to Milo and Hayden. At this point, it would be easy to phone their performances in and just wait for cancellation but they seem to be really energized and caring about the roles. Awesome to see Tessa Thompson (Jackie from Veronica Mars) as Invisi-Girl. To see this show finally tell a cohesive and engaging story and revealing to the audience how it happened in a smart and logical way - it was GREAT! Almost like watching a quality TV show! Hope to see her on for the long haul. A crazy amount of VM stars/guest-stars have been on this show. The only thing that really bummed me out was when Hiro teleports into Peter's apartment, for a brief moment, damn did it feel epic. It brought me right back to S1 and even S2 where moments like that were so incredible and exciting. And for the briefest of moments, this one was too, but just like that it was gone. The spark is gone. With that said though, this was a good effort and next week look like it has promise. The Hiro spoiler actually intrigues me... I just hope they don't royally screw it up. |

Did anyone else notice in the episode Hysterical Blindness that Emma (the deaf girl) has a degree from the same college Claire is going to. I think I saw that
right, it was the scene in which she cracked the wall with her power, the diploma was right next to the crack. I don't know if it is significant or not,
but just thought I would point that out.

I just caught up on all the episodes, including tonights, and gotta say that Heroes is good this season. Figures that when it gets back to par, ratings are now
rock-bottom.
I love all the storylines. Next week on the previews seems like a good episode. |
