What he made was so bland and uninteresting looking, I bet fraus across the suburbs could make something way better. Also, he was ugly, diaf. Anyways , just to echo everyone else, this season is so boring with them constantly making the brothers, FatFuck, and JenniferRatFace (love her, but still...rat face) the top 4. Either cast all shitty chefs or all really good chefs or even half and half...but never again cast 12 shitty chefs and 4 really good chefs. Whats the point? Its so uninteresting. The only interesting part of this season now is seeing how far RobinG0ddess makes it. Stay strong girl, haters gonn hate!

For me, the only acceptable finale will be a Final 3 of Bryan V. vs Jen C. vs Kevin. These three are the best. Michael V. is definitely the lesser of the brothers, but with the biggest mouth and ego, so I really want him out before the finale. I'll be disgusted if Kevin or Jen is robbed of a F3 spot so the judges can have a brother on brother finale. (blech)

It seems to me that Jen is extremely capable, but less creative than Kevin or Michael V. I think Kevin has the inside track, but if he pulls a Blaise, one of the brothers will win. It must wear on the others that these four continually dominate the top group, despite Eli and Isabella's bravado. Their only hope is to have one of the others fuck up, which is a sad place to be. And I was really hoping that Restaurant Wars would feature the brothers, Kevin and Jen vs. Eli, Mike I., Robin and Laurine.

And I get that some chatterboxy person, who usually fails at just about every dish attempted, is gonna get on nerves and annoy people. But this Eli/Mike/Robin drama thing just looks stupid to me. It's weak. I mean, in all reality when it comes down to it, they can't even conspire to shave Robin's head because, well, that probably wouldn't even phaze her, right? Move along, already; nothing to see here. I like Yukon Cornelius. The guy knows who he is as a chef; he's got a point of view and every challenge is approached from there. That pretty much could be said for the rest of the Final Four (or at least, that's what I called the V Bros, Jen and Yukon last night and, truly, if there is any different Final Four, it will be bullchit). Now compare them with the rest of the cheftestants - not only are they just not as good, but their POVs are either muddy, unfocused or just non-existant. Whatever - I enjoy the series, but this season is really pretty tame and it's in VEGAS, for Pete's sake!

Wtf is their mom going to be a guest judge next week? It's not the first time a guest judge has had to evaluate a former employee. While it may appear unfair on the surface, neither one of the V brothers won a challenge last night, so a better argument could be made that it worked against them (due to the judges going out of their way to avoid the appearance of bias). Yes, the bros were in the top group of both challenges, but that's no different than almost every other week.

We've seen guest judges before who had some connection with a contestant. I remember one of the earlier seasons where one of the cheftestants was actually fired by one of the guest judges. I can't remember who it was, though, and it is driving me nuts. I only remember it was in one of the earlier seasons and it was one of the crappy cheftestants who was fired by the guest judge. I think, though, because Jen currently works for Eric Ripert, we are sadly going to be robbed of his presence this season. That is a really bummer.
