Although I defenetly agree Serena would be a better number one I dont feel she's the best. Outside of the slams she has accomplished nothing this year. And
poor Dinara. We should be praising her hardwork to get from 15 to 1 in less than a year but yet all people can do is rip her up a new one. The press are some
of the most ignorant people i've ever come across. Im sure Dinara will perform a lot better if she looses that number 1 ranking. That article writer is an
ass.

Oh Im sorry. It's just everywhere I go I see this happen. It's even worse over at TF where everyone cheers and laughs everytime she looses and i'm

Oh and Edin, I've called Manfina a trainwreck ever since the Olympic final. Also, if Serena isn't the best then who the hell is anymore? Nobody has
been consistant for shit this year and I think her slam performance this year makes her the best.

I feel sorry for Safina. Davenport finished 04 #1 and she didn't even reach a Slam final that year. Slamless Clijsters was #1 for part of 03 when Henin and
Serena split the slams. Hingins,Mauresmo even Jankovic have all been Slamless #1's and they don't recieve even half the grief Safina when at least in
Safinas case you could make an arguement she is #1 at a time when noone deserves #1 because every top player is inconsistent.

Lena has captured her Olympic form playing in the same stadium as the 2008 Olympics. Defeated Na Li today 6-2 6-0 in less than an hour. And Na had been playing well up to this point. Oh and uh.. Bye bye Maria. Lost to Shuai Peng. Hmm. |

Are Nadia and Dinara related? I can't tell their masculine bodys apart. Nadia got really lucky to beat Serena, Serena got 4 more points, but she fell apart
in the tiebreaker. She was down 5-0 and then got it to 5-4, before losing 7-5. She really got royally screwed on that last point where they stopped play and
Serena was in control of the whole point and it would have been 6-6. It wouldn't be a WTA event if they didn't try to fuck Serena over somehow. Oh
well, she's the new #1 <3.

Didn't Venus barely make it last year? She was like the 7th or 8th seed. It looks good for Serena to end as #1 because she had to pull out of the YEC last
year because of injury and Dinara played terrible and I can't imagine her doing much better if she can't even beat the low ranks.
