Watching you all fail at trying to even put a dent in Carrie's career is comedy enough here. Carrie's ranked in some sort of "Sweet Child o Mine" covers list. Carrie Underwood Okay, so Underwood may be a former American Idol mainstream darling who goes for the pop country tint a bit too much, but we gotta give it up to her for this cover. She kicks it off with just her on acoustic guitar, belting out the lyrics like she means it. Then her band jump into the mix with a revolving guitar lick and snappy drums. The usually serene Underwood manages to instill some edgy grit into her vocals, growling and rasping with sexy aplomb. Yeah, it's slick to the core, but it's also got some heart and ragged verve buried deep underneath the sheen.

It's not on usenet yet but I guess we will see. I already ordered it reguardless. Even if it didn't leak the day it does release it will be on torrents, usenet, and blogs that post direct downloads. So any way you look at it if you want to steal it it's already going to be out there. Wolverine got leaked a month before it released and it still sold huge numbers.
