That being said, Benjamin "Coach" Wade is still around, and he is now beginning his epic warrior alliance! Overall, I really liked the episode. It gave insight to those who were gone, and still gave some air-time to OTT personalities. BTW, you definitely need to have Benjamin "Coach" Wade call himself the Dragon Slayer. Yes, I know that was in the real show, but I have a hunch that Benjamin "Coach" Wade was dying to use that nickname at least once during the show... (B) What was your overall favorite part of the episode? Benjamin "Coach" Wade beginning the warrior alliance! (I know it was JT, but Benjamin "Coach" Wade came up with the name) (C) What would you rate this episode out of 10? Realizing he can't control Benjamin "Coach" Wade after all, he turns the tribe against him. 3. Please be as detailed as you can, wherever possible. i liked it, Episode 4 is still my favourite... but this one is up there, i love that Erinn is like the spokesperson for her allaince (Erinn/Carolina/Jerry) Joe is definitaly the kind of character i never like... he reminds me of what JT was like in the real season, when he gunned for Spencer, a cocky alpha male. I figured this one would be rated a little lower since I agree it was slower than the last two eps, so that's okay. Hope some of you enjoy it though and the ending isn't too terrible.

I actually didn't mind the Debbie vote-off. She was the favorite to win so it's exciting that shes out. I appreciated the scene you gave Jerry and I also enjoyed the strategy in this episode. Hello chapera rocks! Thanks a lot for your comments, and for being the first person to reply to the episode once again. I always look forward to your posts shortly after the episode is posted. :) It was great! I nice slower paced episode after a heavy duty swap. Great detail. I thought the second half was a lot better than the first, but I like that some parts are less "action filled" simply because it's more true to the show. (Excluding the Debbie-Joe fight, which was good). Great job on the reward though; not usually my favourite part, but it was very well written. Thank you. I agree with you, and I still maintain that it's nice to have some character-based scenes every once in a while instead of all strategy all the time. So I will always continue to keep that up. I know it wasn't the most exciting episode, but hopefully Joe vs. Debbie was enough to keep people interested. Thanks for the comment about the Reward too. They're always tough and this was the first reward of this type that I have written in the new format so I had a hard time with it. The post-IC scramble and the Debbie-Joe fight. Thanks. I'd probably agree with that but I liked the first J.T. scene too. Thank you for the 9 - I am definitely happy with that! :) Thanks for your predictions, and for filling out the Popularity Poll! Great to see so many 10s there. It will definitely help your favorites out (and I will get aronud to updating the graph today, lol). Finally, excellent job on your Edgic ratings, as always, and thanks for posting them! Carolina - MOR2 (Close call between MOR and UTR. Thought about M tone, but not featured enough) Yeah, this one is tough this week because she was involved in some of the strategy discussions with Erinn, but we really only heard Erinn's comments in them so it's going to be a toss-up between UTR and MOR. I was leaning towards UTR. Jerry - OTTM3 I would probably stick with OTTP for him. I'm not sure how it came across in the writing, but even the scene with Jerry making the breakfast was supposed to be more comical than negative. Spencer - CP4 I was kindof surprised not to see Ps for Spencer and Erinn. Maybe it was just me who got that impression. 1. TYSON 2. J.T. 3. SPENCER 4. JOE Thanks for your list. Too bad it looks like all the women are off of it again already. I think the fact that the Jalapao girls were all UTR1 hurt them, but we'll see if you're right or if someone else squeaks up the list like J.T. did. I liked Debbie too and I would have liked to keep her around a little bit longer but I could not change the story that I had already set in stone for this. I'm glad you liked the episode. As for Benjamin "Coach" Wade, I knew about his strategy pre-show because of all his interviews but the term "Warrior Alliance" was never used, nor was "Dragon Slayer," so I'm not going to start using that here. Besides, which dragon would he be slaying in this story? I don't think one has presented itself yet. Benjamin "Coach" Wade beginning the warrior alliance! She's just socializing with the Timbira members whereas J.T. is not, and if they're playing cards, that's where she wants to be. That's why I keep showing him so much and everytime I think, "Oh Tyson will finally get a quieter episode," I think of some other quote or confessional for him and then his count goes up. I don't think it's 9 material, but I've been surprised before. With Erinn, she seems to give better narrative type confessionals than Carolina or Jerry, even if her confessionals are kindof strategic, she's good for summarizing what's going on. Joe was definitely the least popular last week. I'll finally get around to updating the graph tonight. the Strategysing before Tribal Council Thank you. I enjoyed reading them, and I'm happy to see that you liked the episode! :) I actually didn't mind the Debbie vote-off. She was the favorite to win so it's exciting that shes out. I appreciated the scene you gave Jerry and I also enjoyed the strategy in this episode. Might I add that I hate JT in this even though he's not OTT or anything. Maybe it's bias from the show, but I don't want him to win or make it far. Interesting comment about Debbie. I agree that it's always good to have some shake-ups and surprises. The only downside here is that she was a strong character and a popular one, so it was a loss in that regard. I'm glad you liked the scene with Jerry too. There was a comment about someone being disappointed with his personality, so I hope I'm able to improve on that a little bit. I'm surprised to see that you still hate J.T. I do expect his popularity to go up a little bit after this. Erinn running her tribe. I love the Erinn-Carolina-Jerry alliance. Good that Jerry is feeling the love too, lol. Great to still have you reading after all of this time. I appreciate it! :D I thought it was good, I liked the breaks in the strategy such as Jerry cooking etc. Thank you. I'm glad you liked it. I'll keep trying to have some of these character-type scenes in every episode because I definitely agree that it's good to break up the monotony of all the strategizing. Ummm probably the fight at the start between Joe and Debbie. Thanks. That's probably my second favorite part next to the J.T. character scene, so good that you liked it too. :) Thanks for the 8. I knew this episode wasn't really going to blow anyone's mind, so I'm fine with an 8. Tyson will end up turning on Coach. Coming into the merge they wont neeed him anymore for challenges so it wont matter about whether to keep Sandy or JT, Tyson will see Coach's alliance with JT as just another thing that he can't trust Coach on and vote him off like he said he might have to do a few episodes back. That's a good point and something similar to that could very well happen soon. Thank you for your predictions and for filling out the Popularity Poll. Finally, thanks so much for your Edgic ratings and excellent job on all of them. As always, they are very close to what I was going for and I'm impressed!! Debbie - CPP5 (I think the part about Joe attacking her personally through her job was supposed to make us sympathetic to her) Yes, you were supposed to feel sorry for her. That's also why I tried to justify her voting out Sydney by saying she made so many sacrifices and had to do well in the game, so there were definite P undertones there. Jerry - MORP4 / OTTP4 (I dunno i'm more leaning towards MOR but I guess he's scenes could be OTT, the one that springs to mind is when he talks about Debbie not leaving him alone) I would definitely have to say OTT fits much better this time. Joe - CPN5 / OTTN5 (The fact that he just couldn't get over the fact that Debbie voted against him and she said it was a game and brought up personal stuff made me view him negatively) This is probably the rating I'm most torn on. I could see him getting M or N, actually. Right now there's no clear consensus as only a few people have done ratings so far. J.T. - CP4 (I don't think he came off positive, he was just making an alliance because he was on the outs of his tribe ho-hum he's not much of an under dog because he come off slightly arrogant in the way he think he's entitled to stay) Interesting comment. The intent was supposed to be P. Thanks a lot for your Contenders / Eliminated lists as well! INV = DEATH: CANDACE, ERINN & JERRY Candace was not supposed to be INV1 in this episode, due to her having SPV and she was also involved a little bit in the card-playing scene, which you would have seen if this was an actual episode. So I just wanted to point that out. But she would probably still fit into the "Not complex enough" category then. Thanks again for all of your comments and for being very thorough!
