Jon goes off and BANGS EVERY WOMAN WHO CROSSES HIS PATH, including his KIDS' BABYSITTER. Plus he is photographed partying and SMOKING POT. "Kate can't do the same" - uh, chooses not to at this point (don't tell me there wouldn't be some scumbag guys who would be with her due to her "fame" - kinda a male version of Hailey...)

Kate "demanded" Jon get rid of the dogs... we know this because that's what Jon said? And he's doing her bidding at this point because... why? All he had to do was say "do it yourself if you want 'em gone." so don't pretend he didn't want them gone too.

"Kate went out of her way to trash him in the media" - by saying she doesn't understand his choices and he's making a mistake and other pretty soft (true) remarks about his CHOICES, whereas Jon has said he "despises" Kate and "loves Hailey more than he ever loved Kate" etc.? (denegrating her as a PERSON, not her choices...)

As I've said before, I was a Jon fan at first, but jumped ship due to his actions. Team Jon seems to want to whitewash his behavior but, really, c'mon...

Since you want to point out the white-washing about Jon, I'll need to correct on some of these rumors you take as fact.

Jon has not flat out said he has been sleeping with every woman that he has been seen with. I don't recall him admitting to sleeping with anyone of them yet, but I could be mistaken. Those are just rumors perpetuated by Kate trying to make Jon look bad. Smoking pot has never been proven, he was shown smoking a hand rolled cigarette. Did it ever cross your mind that he was once a smoker and has started again due to the stress of the relationship and the show?

As for the dogs, it's a fair assumption that Kate wanted them gone, it was clear from the episode they got the dogs. She never liked them, she threatened the kids that the dogs would go after they were home 10 minutes. It was painfully obvious that once they split, the dogs would go.

Kate has trashed him in the media, she has gone out of her way to look like an angel. She barges into his time and paints herself as a mother concerned for what babysitter is with her kids because it's not her approved list. Then when she files for divorce, she claims Jon "forced her hand with his actions." Another example of Kate trying to make Jon out as a bad guy.

Stop drinking the TLC/Kate single mother koolaid and face reality. Neither parent is perfect, but Kate has definitely been painted as a hero by TLC and has had far more opportunities to protect her "hero" image in the media than Jon has. He gets a single interview where he probably was highly emotional because he was never allowed to speak out and I bet you he regrets saying he despises Kate, it was something that was in the heat of the moment. That's something you won't hear from Kate about her comments before filing for divorce when she made Jon out like he was a terrible father, because that would mean she was wrong about something.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not that big of a fan of either of them, but Jon gets raked over the coals in the media for socializing with women but Kate gets off scot-free for all these years of flying off for press events and leaving Jon behind with all the kids and ignoring her children because she wants to sell a cookbook when she proclaims good cooks don't need one or some other product she already has trashed on the show.

As for Jon trying to end the show, bravo to him. I hope he wins his lawsuit. The kids deserve a normal life away from cameras and maybe the media will leave them alone for once so they can grow up and live their lives as kids.
