Those family moments seem like such a slap in the face to the early booted contestants. Right after Marisa's torch gets snuffed, we see a clip of her
family saying that they know how well she'll do in the game because they know what kind of a person she is. Couldn't they at least have had the family
record a message in the event that their loved one got voted out?

It probably cost him more to be on the show than if he had never applied in the first place. His appearance just worsened his obviously preexisting health
problems and most likely hastened his death.

Mike was kind of embarrassing. It's usually sad for 60somethings to have to defend that they're not weak... but Mike really kind of sucked. A lot.

Is it true that Mike had to pass on Gabon because he was detoxing off of heroin? Why would they let a recovering addict, still going thru withdrawl on this
