I'm useless when it comes to digging up BB video, but it seems to me Jeff made that remark during Ronnie's HOH just after the angry mob turned on him. They were questioning everything he ever said in the house. Ronnie had a pic of his cat in the HOH room causing Jeff to wonder if it was really his cat. A funny comment made even funnier by Jeff's exasperated yet dry delivery.
