Oddly enough I have discovered that I am quite a good cook. And no, not just Super Bowl dip with amazing chorizo added with chilli and onions that friends still...to this day..request my amazing "super duper dip" just as I am often asked to re-create my beef grounded "heart" chilli That DARES one to eat without the cooling bite of bread.

I have to be honest.....having seen the "oh so advertised OT recipe menu" I was very, dare I say, VERY disappointed in the bland selection contained within.Nary a true spicy dish was included. Perhaps due to the fact that nary a spicy tongue has tasted such a dish. Obviously, Since the vast majority of you have no taste. I can only imagine how any of you would react to my Mexican food, or ...well...anything with a dash of spice. Of any kind. Unless it be hardened bread crumbs, with, dare I say. a hint of garlic.. Obviously that is the extent of your taste buds toleratiuon.

Have a hot dog. With a bit of mustard. And, if you dare, a tiny slice of onion. To be.....dangerous.
