Back to the Stansels... does anyone know the statistics on if these babies will make it?18% chance of survival for babies born at 23 weeks. So, as with what happened to the Morrisons, from day one it was likely that only one sextuplet would survive. |

The one that "made it" has celebral palsy and only started walking at 2 with a walker. He also has extremely poor eyesight and wears extremely thick
glasses. He has seizures and has been in and out of the hospital several times.

Yeah, it's interesting how they both proclaimed they wouldn't be talking about the divorce in public, then she's all over People Magazine with her side of things and no one squawks. Jon finally gets this little venue to vent....and BAM!...people are all over him about it like stink on shit. I'm still enjoying watching this trainwreck. Oh...to keep this on topic: It's a damn shame about the Stansel babies. |

I'm not going to quote a bunch of posts.... but my point is that if he had handled the situation like a man instead a of a 12 year old maybe I would care,
but he chose not to.... he also LET Kate treat him that way.... so it was on him to speak up a long time ago and say this isn't ok ( and for the record I
think the same thing about SOME women, who let themselves get treated a certain way)
I wouldn't even care if it were just him and Kate.... go bang any chick you want.... act like a frat boy..... whatever.... but you have 8 children... and I don't care if Kate tied him down and forced him to get her pregnant.... he has a responsibility to those kids, and from where I sit going on tv and slamming their mother isn't doing them any favors... no matter how bad she was/is I hate him just because he made me defend Kate dammit!! |

Reality TV dad Jon Gosselin said he is disgusted with his soon-to-be-ex-wife Kate -- claiming she verbally "abused" him during their 10-year marriage and vowing never to return to their lifestyle. "Our relationship will never be fixed," Gosselin said. In an interview on ABC's "Good Morning America," the octodad said the stress of raising eight kids while in the searing media spotlight weighed heavily on the young couple. "I got married at 22. I had twins at 23. I had sextuplets at 27. Bye-bye twenties," Gosselin, 32, said. "And then raising all those kids until you're 30 and, you know, you don't even think about what's going on around you. You just do what you got to do to survive." Gosselin said the rift has grown so significant between he and Kate that the two must film their TLC reality show "Jon & Kate Plus 8" separately. "I can't sit on the sofa with that woman. I can't sit on someone right now that I despise," he said. "I despise [her] because she's not speaking from the heart." Jon blamed Kate for their crumbling marriage because of her refusal to go to counseling and insists she made him cry more than he's cried in his life. "I don't trust her anymore," he said. "I was abused. ... I was beaten down. ... I'm not going back to that lifestyle," he said. Jon is now dating 22-year-old Hailey Glassman |

Funny. At least when he was being "abused" by Kate, I saw a responsible, loving father.
Now those kids appear to have more maturity than he does. I guess the growing backbone pushed the maturity right out of his ass. Kate is no cup of tea mind you. She is a royal bitch. But at least for now a relatively quiet bitch. I too hate John for making me defend Kate. |

Lets please continue the discussion!!! Where else can we vet about these morons?! I haven't found any other active anti-stansel threads online!

It really pisses me off when John talks about the media spotlight when he appears to be going out of his way to be in it.
It's heartbreaking to imagine how this is going to affect the kids. If he's willing to literally tell the world how that he despises her, she's a thief (why isn't he happy to be rid of the ring?), she's an abuser - just imagine what he says when he's alone with the kids. If he won't hold back publicly, knowing that the kids could hear about it from their peers, or at the very least see it one day when they are older, why believe he's holding back when there are no cameras? It's confusing to kids to have people they love and depend on bad mouthed. It's hard enough to mount a united from with just a few kids and 2 parents that get along. I don't see any way that 8 kids, growing up, wouldn't learn very quickly how to get whatever they wanted by playing the 2 against each other. That could turn out quite tragic. |

Jon deserves applause for speaking out. He made a great point in the interview when the guy told him he shouldn't speak bad about his ex-wife, that the
mother of children shouldn't be trashed, that the father shouldn't get trashed by the mother either.
Kate has spoken out countless times trashing Jon to the media, saying he's making decisions that are dangerous to the children and the people he hangs out with are dangerous. But yet the second Jon says he personally despises Kate, he is ripped to shreds. He's not sitting there saying Kate is dangerous around the kids or saying the people she associates with could harm the kids. He's just bringing up issues with Kate and pointing out why their marriage has crumbled. |
