Oh my friend bought me the Office Trivia game. It includes a 'support the rabid' wrist band :) as well as several "That's what she said!"
discs.

There's an excellent deleted scene on disc 1 in which David calls and Ryan picks up, and David goes absolutely ballistic. It fills that plot hole.
eta: And here's another classic (from the ethics meeting in the conference room, after they finish the "would you steal a loaf of bread" debate) Michael: Wow. Do you have any other brain ticklers for us? Holly: No. That was fun, but we should get back to business. Andy: Wait. Hey Michael, you see that wall? Michael: Yes. Andy: Okay. Now, look away from it. You don't know if the wall's still there. Michael: What do you mean, of course it's still there. Andy: Well, you don't know that, because you're not looking at it. What if it disappeared? Michael: Where would it go? Andy: Well...that's not...I don't know. Creed: I know where the wall goes. Michael: Okay. So you're saying, if I'm not looking at the wall, how do I know it's there? Andy: Yes. Michael: Easy. (stretches arm out behind him and backs up until he finds the wall) Michael: All right. How does the wall know when I'm looking at it? Holly: Okay. I think we've gone too far off topic. Michael: How do we know that we are not on topic for a different conversation? (Jim gives Michael a satisfied thumbs-up) Holly: Because it is not in the binder. Michael: Binder? I don't see a binder. I'm not looking at the binder. How do I know the binder exists? Binder? I hardly knew her! So...wall! (turns around sharply) Still there! Holly: Unfortunately, my binder does still exist, so why don't a couple of you keep an eye on the walls and the rest of us can continue the discussion. Dwight: (leaps up) Very good. Stanley, you take the west wall, Creed, the east, I'll take the ceiling. (looks up)

Jeff P3 wrote: "The Michael Scott Paper Company." Just watched "Weight Loss" today which was better than I remembered. Overall S5 was a good season. Way better than S4 and probably about equal with S3. The MSPC episodes were the best stretch of eps since S2 and more than make up for a couple of weaker episodes in the first half (as well as the awful "Casual Friday"). |

Deleted Erin talking head from her first episode
"It's pretty cool...like any other office, I guess. There's phones, and copiers, and computers....Do I have to do this on all my breaks?" <3 |

Ellie Kemper is in the commentary for "Casual Friday" but she doesn't really say anything.

Bump in anticipation for Thursday!!!!
So...topic to get things going... What is your favorite underrated Office episode...in other words, what episode was not highly praised, but that you constantly find yourself wanting to see again? For me, that's Prince Family Paper. I absolutely loved the b-story of the Hillary Swank debate, and I thought that the moral debate of putting the family out of business to further Dunder Mifflin was old school Office. A very dark, smart a-story, IMO. |

I'm re-watching (and in the case of a few episodes, watching for the first time) Season 5. I about peed my pants laughing at "Crime Aid."

Tomorrow night, sweet! Should be a fun season. Agreed with others that S5 was much better than the (slightly) disappointing S4, hopefully they keep on track
this year.

Really looking forward to this tonight. I saw a brief commercial for it the other night and the gossip bits are pretty funny. Can't wait!

I don't think I've laughed this much at a show in years. These rumors are awesome!!
I love the one about Kevin and Oscar. But more than that, I love Andy's response to his rumor and Creed's response to his. Andy was definitely the MVP tonight. |

The cold opening had me rolling.....
Also something to the effect of: "Its been a while since we had interns because of Michael and the Monica Lewinsky thing.... it wasn't anything sexual, Michael just told too many Monica jokes and it was too easy for corporate to shut down" |

Fantastic. Loved the cold opener. LOVED the interns. The rumours were great (poor Creed!). Confused Andy was a highlite though.
"I'm glad you're eating again." "Me too." "That's what the inside of your vagina looks like." "That's not how it works." and the interns celebrity look-a-likes <3 |

Well I think we have the thread title now.
I was surprised to see Erin looking different. She was no longer doe-eyed and incurably chipper; she actually looked like she was having a bad day. On the one hand, this is perfectly reasonable for someone who had now been working in that office for three months. On the other hand, I'd much rather they develop her character as the "please like me" girl we instantly fell in love with before her spirit becomes permanently broken. Plot hole: why in the WORLD would Stanley confide in Michael? |

"If I can't scuba, what's all this for?" God love ya, Creed.
And wasn't that one intern one of the twins from Desperate Housewives? |
