Yeah, there were a lot of dumb moves by various people, but like CP said, these two let the opposite alliance convince them to do something they shouldn't
have, and that never should have worked.

All 3 of them are pretty stupid. I rank Marcellus #1 because his move sent him directly out the door. Howie and Jeff are pretty equal. Howie's move fucked
anyone on the opposite side of the house, and put a nail in their coffin. Jeff fucked himself and his closest ally when he would have been guaranteed a final 4
spot, and a great chance at winning.

I hate Jeff but I honestly don't think it was that awful a move, b/c face it, Russell would have tried to get him out this week. It's just extremely
bad luck on his part that the one person who absolutely couldn't win POV for him to stay won.

All three of them made some stupid game moves. If you're going to judge them as a whole, jeff is certainly the dumbest by a landslide.

Jeff 18.5
right up there with Marcellas Howie 2.5? All the pieces to solve the LML where right in front of Jeftard, but he would only see Rus and Michele are the "real" threats most likely because he was always thinking about when to turn on them. He has a walk to F4 then all deals where off, he was in power and he shot himself in the foot. That takes real talent in a dumbass. But he wanted to do it even earlier and DR seems to have talked him down. |

Jeff - 19.5
1. The DR helped him. There was no reason for him to believe this lie as the DR pointed out about the timing and motivation. The lie was that it was overheard in the SR. He never tested that and just ran with it. He reinforced the lie by saying that he was the one that heard MR say that they will target Jeff "next week" and even then Michele told him she didn't remember. If he heard it and she said she didn't remember on the assumption that Jeff actually heard it, then she has some balls. The biggest mistake what that he confronted Michele already biased that she'd lie (hence the reason he reinforced the lie). He didn't come with GRL to find the truth, he wanted the truth to be that RM betrayed the F4 deal so he can hang them both. To this day, he hasn't fully disclosed to MR the source of the lie, and R doesn't even know the exact details of the lie. 2. Not getting rid of Kevin, who was a stronger competitive threat than Russ. When he and Jordan were in power, Kevin had come close to winning, taking 2nd to HoH 3 times, and doing well in the PoVs as well. If you want to take out a major threat, Russ wasn't it. 3. Taking out Russ when his jugular was opened. He basically had Jordan and tentative alliance with Michele, and shaky deal with Kevin. Michele was tentative because at that point he had spilled so much info on her that even if she got HoH, his trash talk and targeting of Michele would've been out in the open. Not to mention, his moronic PoV speech letting Michele know she's no longer an ally. If he intended to take out Russ, then he should've thrown HoH to Kevin. As for Marcelas - will always be the most stupidest. There's no reason for him not to use PoV. |

I still think the dumber move of Jeff's was evicting Lydia over Natalie. Idiotic.

As much as I dislike Jeff...he put up a big threat at the final 6, at a point in which alliances are much harder to maintain if they're larger than two
people. Howie put up two allies at a pivotal round, which resulted in a massive failure of his entire alliance.

As much as not getting rid of Natalie was retardced, facilitating the eviction of Jessie just makes the season a win no matter what and no matter who wins. For real. |

The problem with Jeff is that, by putting up the biggest threat, he set himself up as the biggest threat at the F5. His saftey was wrapped up in Jordan winning
HOH, a very unlikely scenario, considering her previous HOH win was given to her.

Are we really supposed to believe that Russell wouldn't have gone after Jeff this week anyway?
Jeff was fucked either way because he was a huge threat, he didn't stand a chance. Howie's move was MUCH dumber. |

Russ said that he would nominate Jeff and Nat/Kevin in this post eviction interview, which makes sense. Russ wouldn't have gone for Jeff outright without
the backing of Michele, plus Russ would lose a jury vote by his action. However, it would be a good move for Russ to attempt to get out Jeff at F5 should he
have stayed, but even Jeff knew for sure that Russ would stick by his word. Jeff himself told Jordan that he believed Russ when Russ said that he will stick
with the F4 deal but that the reason he's targeting Russ was that Russ would nominate Jordan at F5, and he wanted to keep Jordan safe. So it doesn't
matter what Russ would've done, it only matters what Jeff thought Russ would do. He didn't believe Russ would go after him at F5, and put Russ up
because he thought he was safe with his deal with Kevin, and getting rid of Russ secured Michele on his side (as Jeff put it where would she go?).

Romber Rulz wrote:If he was true to Russell and got Kevin out last week, Jeff would have Michele's vote if he were up against Natalie. Again, if he had kept Russell and stuck firm with Michele, if any of Michele/Jordan/Jeff win POV, odds are that Jeff is up against Natalie and stays in the game. All this being said, Howie is definitely more retarded. |

But we have to give kudos to Jeff for trying to steal Howie's crown? Plus Jeff has 5 days to let his stupid bloom and I have faith in him.

Howie...
I'm hardly a Jeff fan, but the move he made wasn't terrible. It was a calculated risk. If Jeff didn't put Russell up, Russ probably wins HoH. At that point, Russ might of turned on him. At the end of the day, who knows. Considering Kevin/Natalie's track record in comps, he thought he could be top dog. If Jeff survived this week, he probably would of won. Howie on the other hand takes an alliance of 5 and makes it an alliance of 3 with 10 people left in the game. Even if the nerd herd goes through with the plan and gets Sarah/James out, it's still 5-3. And 2/3 were the only ones good at comps (Rachel and Janelle). Jeff's really dumb move was taking out Lydia. Kevin, not Natalie (WTF, she sucks, leave her in) should of gone instead of Lydia. Lydia and Nat is the most useless tandem in history. With Kevin and Russ gone, Michelle wins HoH (Lydia was not beating Michelle in that endurance...) and noms Lydia and Nat. Maybe Lydia wins the morp.homatic, but so what. Jeff/Jordan vote to evict Nat and Michelle breaks the tie. Jeff threw away a cakewalk as a result. Even so, still not dumber than Howie. /end thread |

Dang, I thought this thread was going to be between Jeff & Jordan.
When Jeff was merely dumb at the beginning of the season, he was tolerable. When he was arrogant & stubborn AND dumb in the face of clues and warnings and evidence, his stupidity became insufferable. I vote Jeff. But I have a short memory. |
