I can sort of understand Bitsy's point: parents should take responsibility for their children's wellbeing, but there also comes a point when parents
realize that children will do things that are out of their control. The fact that children 14 and older can go to a doctor without their parents consent or
knowledge (a law that also exists in Canada) is quite understandable. Teenagers need to know that they can go somewhere that has an objective viewpoint, and
will be able to tell them from a medical standpoint how to take care of themselves without being prejudicial. And it is a striclty confidential meeting. No one
is going to use an appointment between a teenager and a medical professional to start a verbal war, which might be leaked to the public (ie other students,
teachers, and parents). this point, which is the point Babwa and Whoopi were trying to make is beyond Bitsy.
As far as the pigeon is concerned, Babwa, sweetheart, nothing was stolen from your home, no one was spying on you, and no one got hurt while you were away, and I'm sure the only reason why the pigeon died in your apartment was because it realized it belonged to you. I don't know what kind of investigation you expect, but I'm sure it will make you the laughing stock of your building.
