Uncle Marty died in the first episode but SO? I heart him. He showed up with a mariachi band ok? Such a divalicious entrance. He was a philandering, gun-toting bad-ass. I can't wait to find out the secret behind his money =O
One of the other main reasons that I flove Uncle Marty is that he's played by Harry Hamlin, who was the evil villain on the first season of Veronica Mars aka the best show in the history of the human race. Aaron Echolls <33

Apparently she's really rich because she's a socialite, as demonstrated by her carrying a dog around like a purse as was fashionable circa 2000-2002.
It's kind of like how people still relate young girls being on a cell phone with privilege like this is "Clueless" in 1994, even though EVERYONE
has a cell phone these days, or how celery sticking out of a paper sack is the universal sign for "groceries" even tho people don't even use
paper sacks anymore. You know? It's just one of those.
