I had some milk, and some cookies for good measure. It sort of helped for a while, but the burning is slowly coming back. I probably removed a layer of skin
from my tongue with that sauce. It was tasty though.

I use ONE habanero pepper in a big ol' crock of chilli and even that can be too much for some people! Those suckers got some POP!! Milk and bread are
about the only things that work...unless you can pound about a six pack of icy cold beer. Then you just won't care...
