How the hell did that happen? Is Lugo the new closer?

I guess a couple of Red Sox walked off the field earlier in the game when there were only two outs in the inning. I turned it on when it was 10-7, and heard
about how it was 10-1 before. I don't know even know why I watched the rest it, it was a foregone conclusion they were going to lose at that point.

Did someone say "Robert Eaton"?
He was a badass with the Midnight Express. It's a wonder that he let J.C. Romero beat his ass. |

What a disaster in Brewtown. Umpire squeezes God, calling flat out strikes "balls".
Flyball lofted to CF where the turf rips, sending FMart sprawling face down. Braun, who's been pwning lefties all year rips an 0-2 pitch for a legit double and gets a Little League home run in the process. On the upside, no Mets were added to the DL and the Braves get their first home win v. the Sillies since 2007. Fuck you very much Bobby, btw. |

At least the Orioles were nice enough to score all their runs in a single game, rather than actually winning a couple close ones. They should be right back to
sucking wind tonight.

Not sure what you're talking about Hammy. Sox won 10-1 last night with Smoltz throwing a complete game.

Just got back from Pittsburgh where I had the pleasure of watching the Cubs lose in yet another park new to my list.

Fielder did that during the Marlins series as well. He almost crushed Bonifacio.
I wish the Fish could play the Natspos more often. |

The Twins are still my choice to win the AL Central. Despite not having a major winning streak, the Twins have nickeled and dimed their way above .500.
I think the Twins' rotation is good enough to post one or two major winning streaks. |
