I think the therapist should stop focusing on your being hard on yourself and focus on why you consider yourself a kid at the age of 18? Being asked if you want the wine list doesn't mean that they won't card you if you order it. The video of him drinking comes from Mexico makes more sense. The kids having fake ID's or even being served doesn't shock me, but it's different when someone is videotaping you.

I do see PC doing a take-off reality show. I didn't know that "elite" as they like to call themselves shop on Orchard Street. Even the Wikipedia is aware of Orchard Street - Orchard Street is often considered the center of the Lower East Side and is lined end to end almost entirely with low-rise tenement building with the iconic brick face and fire escapes.
