Call me a nerd
I know I like a new show when I can read the synopsis of the 4th episode (on demand) and actually go "aw" and can't wait to watch. ( in reference to the "Zoey loses a patient" line) |

I just don't find this that good or as shocking as I think they are trying to make it

Angela is the only one on the whole show I find funny.

I loved O'Hara getting a hug.

I remember Merritt Wever from Series 7 (the movie about the reality show where people kill each other) and DAMN she has gotten fat since then. Also love that
Haaz Sleiman from The Visitor is in this as well.
I loved the British doctor (it is clear none of us in this thread can really remember the names of anyone) getting the drawing from the other twin and her looking at it like "ew, get this thing away from me." Child-hating women <3 Or wait, are we not talking about episode 4 yet? I'm so confused since I torrent the show and don't know where it's at in comparison to the episodes that have aired. |

This is losing steam quickly, ep 1 was intriguing to see where it would go, eps 2 and 3 haven't gone very far for me.

It's ten times better than U.S. of Tara, and I watched all that shit.

Well, that about does it for me. There are no intriguing characters, and as others have said, it's trying too hard to be a quirky-edgy cable show. 5 or 6
years ago this might have seemed somewhat interesting, but there are far better shows with far better imperfect, ethically ambiguous characters.

I finally caught Ep 3.
One and two sucked. Three was worse. This show blows. I love Carmella, but I can take no more. Have fun with this wreck. Ugh. |

They're coasting on any goodwill associated with Edie Falco, THE SOPRANOS and premium cable series. This isn't like BREAKING BAD where there's an
obvious premise (chem teacher sick with cancer turns to making drugs for money) that makes it acceptable to dole out information slowly but surely. It's
not enough that Jackie is a nurse who plays by her own rules (you already have that with HOUSE, and to a lesser extent the shenanigans that take place on
GREY'S ANATOMY). Why should anyone care?
