I like the idea of motivation to perform well in challenges, and the have/have not could do that. At least they are picking their own "teams" which is basically what happens anyway. The whole clique thing makes no sense to me though and really sounds dumb. I think bigger news will come, and I have a sick feeling that Sheila is part of the news. Her blog, and that whole "been in the house before" thing...too perfect. Grodner probably asked Sheila to post that so people would start speculating.

Winner of HoH wins luxuries for their team (food/luxury prize/comfortable beds). Losing team is forced to have slop, sleep on the floor, some form of punishment. HoH nominates two people on losing team and losing team evicts one of their own. (B) Same as A, only winning team votes to evict one from the losing team.
