By the way, I was talking to two fellows at a cocktail party when after 30 minutes they tell me they're in some DC based religious group. I find out from
somebody else it was The Family. I left the party.

Here is where I came up with "The Family" as a child fucking cult. The Children Of
God is a cult that later went by the names Family of Love, the Family, and now the Family International.
If you read the wiki about them you will see that they were implicated in numerous acts of molestation of minors. But I was still wrong, and Nubber was right,
this isn't the same Family. Or is it? Wouldn't that be juicy.

So he traveled on trade missions with the Dept. of Commerce that were paid for by the state, but he also found free time on those trips to meet up with his gf
on the side. Way to multi-task.
On a somewhat related note, I have to wonder how many Members of Congress get some on the side during co-dels. |

no, it is not children of god, perhaps the most fucked up cult i have ever heard of. river phoenix and rose mcgowan are former members via their families......
there is a documentary about them:children of god, lost and found: http://www.hbo.com/docs/programs/childrenofgod/synopsis.html |

Bernard Wrangler wrote: No shit. I watched the press conference. That was weird. His constant use of "this person" and "my friend" while avoiding all use of gendered pronouns was bizarre. That's hard to do. It was almost like reading a VegasGuy post. I fully expected the first press question to be "male or female"? I still think there will be more to come out. |

And PM scores another distraction from the subject by bringing up the Children of God, together with the list of Democratic governors who have cheated on their
spouses.
