Survivor Gabon - Episode 8

This was such a satisfying blindside, it was amazing. Not because I hated Marcus (I actually thought he was okay ... until post-show interviews/Ponderosa), but because Gabon was, in my eyes, boring as fuck because the editors gave away the winner from like, the first commercial, and nobody else had an edit even close to Marcus. Each week, I gave him like a 99.9% chance of winning. Then week 8 came along, and I saw the tribal breakdown in commercials/photos, and I thought "wow, they have the chance to get rid of Marcus but he'll slide by again." The episode itself was perfectly edited, as kenc pointed out. Everyone (except Bob) got ample airtime, both new tribes were shown strategizing, leading to a very tense, nail biting immunity challenge. Seriously, this is the most suspense I've ever had for a challenge ever I think. It was so epic. Then Marcus thought he was golden because he had "great relationships in this game" despite alienating Susie.
<3 Crystal, her confessionals were amazing. "When you try to take out
my number one ally, I'm not pleased. You can't outwit Crystal Cox, baby!". 
Even at tribal, I was sure that Kenny was going,
because Marcus had to be the winner. So this vote blindsided the hell out of me, because it crushed edgic, crushed everything that I thought was obvious
and made the season amazing. Its too bad they went back to crap editing for Tocantins.

1. Ozzy Lusth
Survivor Micronesia ~ Fans vs. Favorites - Episode 10

Blindsided: Ozzy, Amanda, James, Erik

This is the best blindside of all time. Ozzy was a cocky son of a bitch, and thankfully everyone started seeing it in Micronesia (even though he was the same douchebag in Cook Islands). But the editing was perfect, just as with the Marcus blindside. Even the other things, such as the press for the episode, were in on the blindside. All week, Probst had been tooting that this was the episode where someone makes a huge blunder (even though the true blunder was Erik). As the episode progressed, we got to see Jason the outsider, and yeah, there was some obvious misdirection about Cirie wanting Ozzy out, blah, blah, blah. At the IC, we saw this big blunder... Jason steps down in quite the epic finish to a challenge, to give everyone candy, and everyone's crossing their fingers and shit. There's no way Ozzy not playing the idol could be considered the biggest blunder ever since other people had done it to that point (like with Mookie's idol, not to mention James' TWO idols). So Jason had to go. Even at tribal, I was 100% convinced it was Jason, even moreso than I was convinced it was Kenny over Marcus. As the votes were being read, it seemed obvious ... Jason-Jason-Ozzy-Jason-Jason .... OZZY!!!!! WTF??? And the reaction shots are what made this blindside 100x better, IMO. Eliza's reactions were by far the best and most hilarious, but you've got to appreciate Ozzy's visible frustration, Amanda turning her head in a gasp, James' face-palm, and Jason quietly celebrating. Nothing tops this ... editing, douchebag getting owned, reaction shots, genuine shock, happiness. <3
So my next list ... Amazing Race teams or seasons rankings (Survivor, TAR, Mole, Big Brother)?
