This episode was all sorts of hilarity/awesomeness. The cameos just got better and better. And Lily Tomlin was a gas, much more fun than Bette Midler.
What was Lily saying that she was banned from Conan cause she didn't want him to use the word douchebag? |

Lily Tomlin was certainly superior to Midler...it was a great episode overall. I loved Kathy's mom calling up the celebrities and Charo was amazing as
well.

Goddamn this show gets better and better. So many things I can't even remember them all! It was cool to see River Rock, as I've been there several
times. And it's hilarious because it's just like she said...it's almost Vancouver. So close, and yet so far.

Lily was so awesome -- what a fun person to drink with! I loved them calling people to ask for their vote. Jane Fonda's "Watch your mouth" to

lily is 70 years old. she has been on tv since the 60's. when she performs, she probably draws a very mixed crowd age wise and i am sure a lot of them want
to see her do her characters. her standup did look stale, but i give her pass. she seems like a great gal an she has been in the business for over 40 years.

Kath and her crew have an agreement when it comes to other famous people -- if Kath feels that the vibe isn't right, they take a hike. They've been
interviewed about it before, and surprise, Jessica was the only one put out about it, because (or something to this effect) "we're famous, too."
I'm with Kath on this -- she knows how touchy famous people are when there's a lot of people around, and doesn't seem to want to upset them.
