I have a lot more respect for Marcus now. When he first came in, I thought he was a moody fuck. But now I see he's just very thoughtful about people around him and the environment. I don't completely agree with him but I agree with how he stated his opinions and almost all of his points. He speaks the truth as he sees it and doesn't beat around the bush. He was absolujtely spot on about BB choosing people based on them being stereotypes. It's that simple. It's up to people whether they show themselves to be more than that. They are all pieces of meat essentially which was his point. As for the row over the glasses, he had an issue with how Lisa was arguing and making her points. Lisa doesn't get it. He doesn't disagree because he already suggested to Noirin to wipe it off. Same for Halfwit. Lisa was not the first to come up with that but the problem with her is that she just doesn't know how to state what she thinks in a way that's constructive and supportive. She pushes people around and I'm completely on Marcus's side for pointing it out. If there's one thing housemates could stand to gain a little of from the BB experience and that's a little self-awareness.

As for Sree... oh my god, I cannot stand him. And for all the reasons you wrote in your post, ILT, about why you did. Please, the "<3" should never be used in conjuction with Sree ever. He is the most cringeworthy person in there I've seen so far. Just incredible lack of self-awareness, being a hypocrite within a single sentence, somehow believing that all his little nuggets of wisdom that drop from the heavens, his endless useless aphorisms, the ridiculous speeches and absolutists statements, all rub me the wrong way. All the annoying bullshit that comes out from his mouth? I truly believe that he's so dense to actually believe those are substitutes for actual life experience, of which I have no doubt, he is completely lacking in. He just does not get it. He does not get that people do not fit into these boxes he has that have been somehow hammered into his brain. You could record everything he says and just play them back and it would be indistiguishable from him, except the playback would not be able to stroke the girl's arm or shoulder or leg.

For the love of god, I would stand Lisa staying if only those housemates just nominate his ass for the public vote.

Actually, I think he simply read a book of quirky sayings and one on self-help nonsense and thought that constituted the entirety of human behavior. He is an alien.
