I dunno... I don't think it has to be some sort of All Stars. It could just be blatant cost cutting, not having to pay to move the equipment, and probably
got a sweeter deal from the host locations for the longer commitment. (Plus maybe less stress on key crew - a much cushier base camp, and just generally a
little longer to stay settled.) We're always complaining that all tropical islands look alike. I could believe that with two distinct set designs, we
wouldn't know the difference if they were in the same place or moved a few hundred miles.

yeah i don't think they could pull off fans vs. winners---primarily because there aren't many BIG characters amongst the winners. the winners team
would probably end up as follows: Tom, Danni, Bob, Sandra, Todd, Tina, Hatch, Vecepia, (Yul, Aras, or Earl), and then either Jenna or Amber. Wouldn't make
for a very well-known team with an exciting mix of personalities...I'm hoping they'll finally go to the Philippines. I don't think that 20 will be
some sort of all-stars--it doesn't make sense to still be holding casting calls and asking for applications. Unless, of course, season 19 is all-stars, and
season 20 is a typical season. We'll see.

WTF? I've just read 2 pages of crap about how Survivor is going to 19 and 20 back to back. GUYS....... the application
clearly states they will film 19 in summer and 20 in fall........and this is the way they have always done it. They film in June, July and October, November time frames. Whats the BIG secret here??????????? |

I can tell you for a fact that season 19 & 20 will be filmed back to back in Samoa...if you want real proof just check the booking records at Aggie
Grey's Resort, where the crew are all booked in until the end of September. Jeff will indeed be free from October onward this year!
