This sound clue could be: 1) a hypnotic command to kill a la an old episode of Scooby Doo 2) a message from the killer a la "I know what you did seven years ago and I'm coming to get you." 3) a warning a la Cheshire Cat to Robin Matthews on the Globe that Abby faces the same fate as her mother unless she leaves.

Everyone that has died has somehow crossed Trish at one point and have only been concerned about money. Cousin Ben - Not info enough on him. Uncle Marty - Told Henry to marry Trish for the money Kelly - Wanted to leave Harper's and get more money in Hollywood Lucy - Only cares about her income and social position Hunter - Tried to break up hte wedding for money. . .not love. Booth - Involved in taking money Mr. Wellington - Hired Hunter to break up her wedding with money. Richard - Betrayed her sister and tried to take over the corporation for money. Also, the majority of the characters minus Kelly & Booth (who could have accidentally killed himself) had a scene with Trish the episode they died. Kinda like a last minute confessional.

Well he did hire somebody to break up her wedding with Henry and was also aware and okay with the fact that Richard was banging step-mom of the year. There has to be a reason burnt face man let the dog loose on them and tried killing them with a log. He knows Trish is a killer. . .he saw her do it.
