Nick and Starr's placement is about right, though a bit high from the last poll. There's a good amount of negativity on this board towards them, so it's understandable for them to be pretty low. But I believe they've now surpassed other winners, which is strange. But, for their credit, they were extremely strong racers, so that could've brought their average up.
And I can't speak for everyone else, but a large part of the negativity I felt toward them came from getting an interesting, semi-villain (or at least shady) edit that actually did make them interesting the first four legs, but then, suddenly getting such a flowery, sugary-sweet, nicey-nice edit out of nowhere from the Cambodia leg and on to the end of the race, and that ceased to make them even the tiniest bit interesting. Even worse, the editors did everything possible to tear everyone else down just for the sake of propping them up. (And they did the same with Tammy & Victor's edit this season, but that's for later, when they show up.)
