Another two strong eppies.
Loved badass Randy. The triple karma incident with the preacher? Perfect. "We forgive you!" I loved how they kept interpolating old Bad Earl with New Earl, too. But yeah -- Crabman's no cold blooded killer. That was off the mark by far. "I knew that when I hugged you you'd smell like tacos and a stripping pole." Just give the Emmy to Jamie Lee again and be done with it. |

Perhaps that's true.
There's no chance Harry could allow someone to sneak up behind him with a shovel. Unless he wanted to. But why torture Catalina? "I'm not doing this to scare you, but for a cleaner cut." Not Crabman. My bet is that he was feeding her and so forth all through the ordeal Meanwhile, badass Randy destroying the Crab Shack? With the goon? Funzies! |

I can't believe no one has commented on this week's episode. This was one of my all-time favorite Earl episodes. So many funny things. Randy's
middle name is Do. Catalina being from Guatalatucky. Joy being a stay-at-trailer mom. Also, the line about no one wanting to see Earl in a coma was a great
nod to that crappy storyline. I'm so glad this is a two-part episode. Next week should be good too.

Loved it too, especially loved Geraldo accurately calling them out on who they really were & maybe now are.
Loser bad Earl storylines always tickle my funny bone, though. My thinking is that the chore of watching the prison break/Coma eppies was too much for the general viewing public to bear. Plus, they were rarely funny. Greg Garcia's done a herculean task of bringing this show back to the funny -- and it really is now -- but I fear it's too late. |

Page 9? Anyone watching anymore?
Solid ending to a pretty solid season. Let's hope they can keep it up next season. I figured Earl was gonna be Dodge's daddy when there started to be some question as to who it really was. It will be interesting to see who Earl Jr's dad is now! Great to see Norm McDonald. "I can't believe you don't remember this. You love ball stories!" eta: oh and God I love Joy "Where'd you get that sweater? Jacrew?" |

I love Chubby episodes, and as always this one delivered.
Weird time for a to be continued though -- I thought the show is all but officially cancelled. Who could Earl Jr.'s dad be? With that hair? |

I thought the show is all but officially cancelled. I read that its official fate will be revealed on the 19th. Hope Karma gives this one the green light. |

The schedule under consideration by NBC for next Fall doesn't have Earl on it:

20th Century Fox Productions...hmmmm wonder if maybe this show will end up on Fox?
That would be spiffy. I thought this was a strong season despite some of the gaffe's which may get the show cancelled (Randy kissing Joy episode for instance). Hope it comes back to one network or another, shame to see NBC kill off yet another cool show, as I've still never forgiven them for cancelling Quantum Leap! -SJ™ |

2ManyAndersons wrote: I hadn't heard about it possibly getting the axe. Maybe the TBC is to spur on some sort of fan campaign to keep it going. Not sure that will work for a straight up sitcom. It's the sci-fi fans that are rabid enough to send tons of nuts to network executives. I can't imagine what could be sent for Earl. Everyone grow a mustache, then shave it off and send in the trimmings! |

Via Twitter: EthanSuplee Just got the call that My Name Is Earl has been canceled. They sure did take their time with that decision or rather informing us of it.
EthanSuplee Why I love Greg Garcia(MNIE creator): when asked how he feels about nbc "It's hard to be too upset about being thrown off the Titanic."

If it doesn't end up somewhere else, I hope that Greg Garcia at least tells us the result of the cliffhanger.

Me, too. This is really confounding me. With that hair, how could Earl Jr.'s daddy NOT be Crabman? Maybe Crabman's secret agent daddy?
Somebody remind about the circumstances of their assignation -- standing up in a pit or something? Loved the Titanic tweet! I really hope this show finds a new home. |

Kinda perplexed that NBC would allow them to do a TBC since the show has been on the bubble for months. But it's looking like Fox is planning to pick it up
for midseason. A shame because this was the best season yet to be honest. Never thought they'd top the first, especially considering the decline in quality
in seasons 2-3.
The Titanic line is great though. |

Seriously, Fox is thinking about snagging it? I hadn't heard that.
It'd a be a great Fox series. Season 1 remains my favorite, Joy's Wedding being the ep in particular that made me fall in love with the series, but yes this season has been outstanding. C'mon Fox! |

Oh yeah it would definitely be great on FOX.
So NBC is basically trying to hang itself right? |

Fox has passed on the show.
via Twitter: EthanSuplee Thanks for the effort guys, we appreciate it. It seems that Earl is actually dead. Fox has passed. The mustache will live on in our hearts. |
