Tara looked stunning and healthy and will probably be getting laid a lot. Mike looked great, but I agree he needs to put back on 10 lbs to look healthier- same with Helen. She looked too skinny. I taped the show and got through it in an hour. Ha!

It is like a huge round ball in the middle of her face, it scared me. And I gotta admit, Grimaces new hair looked a lot better, she looked like a chunky version of P!nk or Susan Powter.

Nice to see the old guy win the at-home prize. I especially loved that Ronberg got beaten by the one guy that was older and sicker than he was, considering he played that card all season long. And although I did like Mike, I'm glad he didn't win because that would essentially be the equivalent of Ronberg winning. I agree with those who think the three hour finale dragged. Who's brilliant idea was the whole 'pick the next contestant thing' that ate up tons of finale time? Choose between two almost identical blonde fat girls we know nothing about? Umm, no. I bet no one other than their families/friends voted. And was it really necessary to have those two douchebag cousins do their damn Tongan dance once again? I hope I never see either of them on my t.v. screen again. Oh and one last thing - to the moron in the audience holding the "Jerry is our Biggest Looser" sign. If you are going to hold up a sign on national television, could you at least spell the name of the fucking show correctly! I know it is a common mistake, but it is on the front of the t-shirts that every single contestant wears on almost every single episode of the season. Dumb ass.

Now if that's the case, and after reading yesterday here that all three were texting Jillian their weight loss updates - I'd NEVER want to be trained by Jillian, unless I was her chosen one for the season. I didn't watch the interrview , so this is second hand information, but Jillian saw Helen's body type and knew she could win and made their secret pact when the teams were divided up for the final time. Helen looked like ass. The producers should have the contestants officially weigh in on Sunday, and then use that weight to "weigh them in" live, so Helen didn't look so emaciated. That's not the right message to send - she looked like she went o a pure starvation diet, along with cutting out all fluids 48 hours before the weigh in. That's probably Jillians' secret tactic she hinted at in the interview. Mike and Tara looked healthy. Iif they sat in a sauna in a garbage bag sweat suit for the last 48 hours spitting in a bucket they probably could have beat Helen. With the exception of Michelle from last season, whom I thought looked healthy and amazing, most of the winners have looked kind of melted, for lack of a better word. All the excess skin hanging from their arms and jowls is really unflattering and distracting. Some of them look like they have wings. (God, can you imagine what Ronberg's layers look like right now?) Helen will probably look great if/when she puts about 20 lbs back on.

I mean it would be nice if the winner looked amazing, but it is a show about who can lose the most weight, not who looks the best after doing it. As I said, I think most of the past winners looked like they had really gone a little too far with their weight loss. I thought Ali looked downright scary.

Posts: 243 (05/13/09 11:30 AM) Reply Quote More Recent Posts Message Connection Block Invite	I'm in the minority but i didn't think tara looked all that great. i think she probably struggled more when she got home---she had that "all or nothing" personality and i think when you are like that, it is so much harder to maintain weight loss let alone keep losing. tara always seemed a little narcissistic to me; even for a reality show contestant. she was always narrating everything...it's like she practiced her comments in front of mirrors before she said it in front of the cameras.

Cut 1 hour of the weigh in off, add in a 1 hour reunion. Would be way better. Ditto on Helen's nose, it looked like a huge honker compared to the rest of her face/body.

As long as Gokey (Mike) doesn't win I'm OK with Kris (Helen) being the winner, but I wish it were Adam (Tara). The only difference is I don't hate Mike as much as I hate Gokey.

Jillian was not please with a comment that Tara made on one of the episodes (sorry I cant remember what the comment was) She said she liked Hellen Mike and Kristin. And in the same interview she said not to count Hellen out
