I know his edit was better and I'm glad he got a decent boot ep, but he was not supposed to be P - he was still part of the "evil" group and maintained an association with N Randy. I also went with OTTN for Randy, even though CPN won out a slight majority. Jacquie was very close to getting a CP2. Just wanted you to be aware of that...

Great to hear from you again and to know that you have been reading the other episodes. Thanks for taking the time to comment. I enjoyed reading what you had to say! :) It was great all up till the TC. Seriously, I hated the fact you made it seem like the Kota 3 are gonna win it all over again. I'm glad you thought it was great up until TC. I'm assuming you mean until the last vote was read, because I'm sure you would have enjoyed the Q & A part of TC. All I will say is that it's extremely unlikely for the Kota 3 to make it to the end. I totally agree that it's a similar outcome to Tocantins so far (which is obviously weird since this was prepared before Tocantins filmed), but my players are generally smarter than the ones on the show. Hence, they're less likely to allow the Kota 3 to get to the end (ie. no one is offering to sacrifice themselves for C/D right now). We'll see though. I understand your feelings. I was prepared for this to happen. Had Charlie been voted out, I'm sure this would be one of the highest-rated episodes ever. That's just the way it is. Jacque: Why Kota? Hell, Paloma and Charlie were F2 locks and srsly, you had a better shot with Randy/GC/Crystal since Randy was such a goat. It's a great question that I will definitely ask at the Reunion, but for Randy being such a goat, he could potentially have three votes right now from Ace/Ken/Crystal. Those three would 99% vote for Randy over Jacquie. Jacquie has a great chance of getting 2/3 of them over Paloma. That's why Jacquie made the better move. Thanks for your predictions and for filling out the Popularity Poll. Yikes, those 0s are really going to hurt though - I'm glad there's just as many high numbers for other people to make up for it. (C) Do you have any other predictions for Episode 12? Jacque flips back. It definitely seems possible given her temptation/Eve-type storyline so far. I could see a tie being forced against the Kota 3. Jacquie would probably have to win Immunity though for that to happen. I'm not gonna do ratings. Too lazy and I probably will screw it up lol. I knew a lot of people were going to be really upset over it. Thank you for continuing to read. It doesn't mean that you can't root for someone else now that she's gone. I hope you'll be able to enjoy the story without Crystal.

Going in I thought Charlie was Done, but after hearing that they knew Jacquie was on the Fang side, I was pretty sure she would switch. I loved all of the focus going on with Randy this episode. He was still a jackass, but we got inside his head and were somewhat able to see what his thought process was. I also loved the Exile and Burning thing. That was funny seeing their reactions at camp. Sad to see Crystal go, but I had a hunch she was going after the Pre TC stuff (B) What was your overall favorite part of the episode? Randys Tribal Council (C) What would you rate this episode out of 10? Please be as detailed as you can, wherever possible. You are definitely right in saying that this is one of your strongest post-merge stories to date. Yet another great episode! The second episode in a row where there were some blunders made (Randy burning the idol, Crystal taking GC on the Reward), definitely making for some interesting characters. Really nice to see Jacquie, though she was really only seen as a swing vote. Also very, very nice to see Paloma as negative; her comment was almost Corinne-worthy and perhaps that sets her up for a bashing in the Final 2. I'm loving Randy right now; you make him come off as a very sad individual. I loved his scene on Exile when he broke down about Ken. This is one of the few examples of somebody really incorporating their life into the game. I'm not even really that too angry about Crystal leaving, seeing as there have been several strategic holes set up for GC and Randy (Randy's alliance with Jacquie, Paloma and Charlie's seeming negative feelings towards Dan). Overall, a fantastic episode! (B) What was your overall favorite part of the episode? Randy's Exile scene. Probably one of the best scenes you've ever written. (C) What would you rate this episode out of 10? (1 being the lowest; 10 being the highest) Another perfect 10! Great job! Do you realize that not only will he be on the jury, but other people judging your comments? Why have the Fang alliance not thought of targeting Charlie before? I absolutely hated the outcome as Crystal was the only chance of a female win and would've been a great winner imo. But, I've got to give you credit for totally blindsighting me; I was convinced Charlie was gone as he seems to be around for a lot of the episode and I just thought you were setting us up for a Charlie blindsight. I loved the reward and Immunity was good, Crystal did better then on the real Gabon in the IC at least! Randy's burning of the idol was expected, but a great part of the episode; so despite the outcome, it was still one of your best episodes! Also, Jacquie decision was an awful one imo - if she had got Randy to the final 2 with her - her victory would've been easy (B) What was your overall favorite part of the episode? Yeah, that confessional from Charlie was a good indicator that Jacquie would end up switching again; actually, a few of his confessionals were. That was my intention with Randy, for sure, and that's why I think the CPM you gave him is the right rating. You got a better understanding of his character. I meant to give you credit in my notes for guessing correctly about destroying the idol and I remember you knew that it would be Randy immediately, so great job on them. Yeah, I wonder if Crystal would have still gone even if Randy didn't win Immunity. I think there's a good chance she would. (B) What was your overall favorite part of the episode? Good question. She probably would have, but I have a feeling that she would have tried to boot Crystal for being a challenge/F2 threat even if Randy didn't win Immunity. I'm not sure how it would work with Paloma and Randy apparently "not talking" but I like the idea. Kelly - 10 (Best First Boot Ever) Exactly, I like Kelly but I love her as the first boot. I think she had a great story/edit. Matty - 0 (I weep everytime someone gives him above a 5, I want him to go below 15%) He went up again last week to 35% - his highest in a long time. I've surprised myself though in that I kinda don't mind him anymore. I used to dislike him but he grew on me for some reason. Dan - 2 This made me weep. Paloma - 2 (Lost major points) I expect her to get a lot of low numbers and a lot of 9s and 10s, which will end up balacing her out probably in the 60s this time. Some people will LOVE her for standing up to Randy and some will say it went too far. Thanks for the Edgic ratings, and excellent job on them! I would say, except for Paloma who should be OTTN, they're all pretty much what I was going for and what I had in mind. I agree with you that Crystal should be OTT, but I'm not sure she gets an N considering the scene at the Reward. 1. Randy (Just because) Interesting. I guess the question is: does knowing the motivation to his behavior and having a sympathetic backstory erase some of his negativity? If you look at the jury, he could easily be 3/3 for jury votes right now depending who he would be in the end with, if he is. Paloma and Jacquie (We know that F2 aint happening) This would be a hilariously random F2... :) Also, I dont know if you are stil busy, but I finished posting my SFC3 comics Thanks. I'm sorry for being really bad with things like this. I definitely haven't forgot about it, and I will get back to it soon. I figured that you must have liked this one a lot because I came back to my computer to update the Wiki and you had already done everything including the episode summary, so I thought you liked it based on that. And I'm very glad to see that you did! :) You are definitely right in saying that this is one of your strongest post-merge stories to date. Yet another great episode! The second episode in a row where there were some blunders made (Randy burning the idol, Crystal taking GC on the Reward), definitely making for some interesting characters. Really nice to see Jacquie, though she was really only seen as a swing vote. Also very, very nice to see Paloma as negative; her comment was almost Corinne-worthy and perhaps that sets her up for a bashing in the Final 2. I'm loving Randy right now; you make him come off as a very sad individual. I loved his scene on Exile when he broke down about Ken. This is one of the few examples of somebody really incorporating their life into the game. I'm not even really that too angry about Crystal leaving, seeing as there have been several strategic holes set up for GC and Randy (Randy's alliance with Jacquie, Paloma and Charlie's seeming negative feelings towards Dan). Overall, a fantastic episode! Thanks a lot for all of these positive comments, and I'm glad that you agree with this being one of my strongest post-merges. So far, based on the episode averages, it hasn't really shown that yet, but there are still four more episodes (including this one) that will hopefully change that. I agree with you on the blunders, and I also don't want to make it seem like this is a stupider group which makes it better. I think there's good strategy moments to balance it out too. I appreciate the comments about Paloma's and Randy's characters. I think there had been hints of Paloma having that kind of feisty attitude and making those kind of comments (ie. Corinne as the Wicked Witch of the West, saying too bad Corinne didn't strangle herself in one of the challenges, etc.). Glad to get positive feedback on Randy's Exile scene too. Thank you!!! (B) What was your overall favorite part of the episode? Randy's Exile scene. Probably one of the best scenes you've ever written. Thanks so much! I knew that it was a direction I had to go with his character and I think it was very fitting given the circumstances in his life and the game. Another perfect 10! Great job! A perfect question for the Reunion. I think she will need to explain herself on this, so I will leave it until then. Why have the Fang alliance not thought of targeting Charlie before? It would be great to get rid of him, since as they said, it breaks up Dan and Paloma. Another good question, but I don't have a good answer for this one. While Ace was in the game, there was always kindof an Ace/Dan rivalry, so I would say that Ace felt more threatened by Dan and pushed for Dan at that time. Once Ace was gone, Dan was still seen as the bigger threat, but the bond between Charlie and Paloma has become more evident lately, which is why it made more sense to target Charlie now. Plus I think they're starting to realize now that Charlie is more strategic than Dan is, so Dan could be safe for a while. Thanks a lot for your predictions and for filling out the Popularity Poll! So everyone gets a visit, except for Randy since he doesn't have anyone, making everyone else feel even worse for him. Interesting thought. I like the idea. Paloma - 1 I expected that. That was a really good misdirect for the entire episode, and I loved the irony with Crystal eliminating Charlie at the challenge for falsely thinking he was in control, when that is the reason of her boot.

I absolutely hated the outcome as Crystal was the only chance of a female win and would've been a great winner imo. But, I've got to give you credit for totally blindsighting me; I was convinced Charlie was gone as he seems to be around for a lot of the episode and I just thought you were setting us up for a Charlie blindsight. I loved the reward and Immunity was good, Crystal did better then on the real Gabon in the IC at least! Randy's burning of the idol was expected, but a great part of the episode; so despite the outcome, it was still one of your best episodes! Thank you for being honest about that. I knew a lot of people would be upset with Crystal going and I happen to agree that she would have been a GREAT winner. I would have loved to have her win. She was an awesome character and she played a strong strategic game right to the end (a few mistakes in this episode, but overall well done). I'm glad that the ending was suspenseful and that you were surprised by the outcome. That means I did my job because that was what I was trying to achieve in this episode. I appreciate you saying it was one of my best episodes, and I'm glad that your dislike of the outcome didn't taint it too much for you. Also, Jacquie decision was an awful one imo - if she had got Randy to the final 2 with her - her victory would've been easy This is the only part I disagree with you on. Randy may be disliked, but think of the people on the jury right now. He could potentially have three votes right now from Ace/Ken/Crystal. Those three would 99% vote for Randy over Jacquie. Jacquie has a great chance of getting 2/3 of them over Paloma. That's why Jacquie made the better move here. Hmm..if Jacquie was meant to be INV1 maybe you wanted to do a "Tina" with her, and keep her hidden in the premiere even though she was the winner? I'm thinking of all possibilities here! I could see OTT for Crystal and Paloma - I was hovering between MOR/OTT for Crystal, and Paloma I didn't remember much of until the TC. Yep, you were right about Crystal. Good job! I tried on purpose to increase her support right before her boot episode, but I didn't expect it to go up that much. It was nice that it did though. And then in the episode, I definitely tried to misdirect people into thinking Charlie was going by giving him a lot of airtime and putting in confessionals like the one about him being a Survivor fan. I hoped that would make it seem like his boot episode. Glad you picked up on the irony of Crystal/Charlie there. It was something I thought about too. :)
