JT knows that Stephen is very smart, and he could very well be able to talk himself up enough for JT to be at least a little bit scared. Taj on the other hand might not get enough respect, and would be easier to beat. JT would get Coaches vote, Tysons vote, Debbies vote and Stephens vote for a sure victory. (Stephen can appreciate a strategic play on JT`s part, especially since he would`ve done the same if given the chance. In one of the insider vids Stephen says himself that he doesnt want to go up against JT in the finals, if that`s not totally obvious to you anyways).

I mean this is the guy who caused Jalapao to loose IC and loose Sydney coz insisted on doing the sandshoot alone and won't budge even when Joe was telling him they should switch. He just have to much ego and dignity. Then, last eps we heard him saying he hated to lie. He's making promises to Stephen so I believe he's going to keep it. Also, We always see Stephen who's telling JT who to vote, not the other way around. I'm sure push come to shove, JT will win that final challenge and he'd take Stephen in a heartbeat. But for khnum to say Taj is settling for 3rd is just ridiculous. She has a much better chance sticking with JT and Stephen to the F3 and if she or Stephen win immunity there, she`s in the finals. If JT wins, it`s it could go either way. But if she ever crosses her alliance with them she has to be much more worried that all bets are off and everyone just wants to bring Erinn to the finals. I dont think Taj wants to gamble that she will be the one next to Erinn.

And leaving Coach/Erinn or Debbie/Erinn doesnt matter strategically. BUT Coach is more likely to win immunity (compared to Debbie), hence my thread that it was a mistake. Even delusional Coach is on alert now. Debbie could`ve been convinced everything is still going according to plan if they had booted Coach. And Debbie would therefore not necessarily be in "I=MUST=WIN=IMMUNITY"-mode, which Coach IS in now.

Just lol @ the amout of "coach" in this thread. #26 explains why it wouldnt make sense for Taj to go with an all female alliance. Debbie could've gotten Taj and Erinn to role over on Coach. It's not like JT or Stephen would've cared much. Coach would've voted for Taj, JT and Stephen for Debbie, and the women for Coach. 3-2-1. But Debbie, like a typical female (not the same as a woman) had to stick with the guys in order to vote out another guy in the same damn alliance.

They'll embrace JT, applaud his "brilliant" gameplay, and actually FEEL SORRY for him for being blindsided. One of them is going to have to go if we're having a final two, but certainly not now.
